We perform the Services using reasonable professional skill and care, based on information you provide. Our work may involve estimates, assumptions, and professional judgment. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, tax result, or financial performance.
2. Engagement and Term

Your engagement with ProBusiness Group begins when you (a) sign an engagement letter, proposal, or other written agreement with us, or (b) otherwise instruct us to begin work and we confirm acceptance.

Many of our Services are provided on an ongoing monthly basis. The details of the Services, fees, and responsibilities for each engagement will be set out in the applicable engagement letter, proposal, or written agreement between you and ProBusiness Group (“Engagement Agreement”).

We may also provide project-based or one-time Services. Any such project will be governed by the applicable Engagement Agreement and these Terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Agreement signed by you and ProBusiness Group, the Engagement Agreement will control for that specific engagement.
3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete information and documentation we request, respond to questions timely, and inform us of changes.

We may rely on the information you provide without independently verifying it. You remain responsible for its accuracy.

4. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment

Fees will be set out in the Engagement Agreement, based on agreed structures.

We invoice periodically. Payment is due as stated, usually within 30 days.

We do not accept payments directly through this website.

We may charge interest on late payments or suspend Services.
